Metal purse frames and New Strip Quilt!

I discovered a new love... metal purse frames. They are oh so fun and very cute. I am finishing up another one today that I will post pictures of another day. (I'm really excited about the new one! It turned out to be so cute!) The ruffles are so much fun!
I love this quilt. It is so easy to make, you can do it in a day! It is called our Strip Quilt. We are currently working on making patterns, so watch for that in the next months. I also love this fabric. Moda makes some of the most amazing fabrics! This one is called Hunky Dory. You can see more pictures of this quilt in our Esty shop.
Enjoy!

We call it the Butterfly Trails Quilt. It's just in time for Spring and Summer! The colors are perfect and the butterflies are oh so cute! It is even quilted with a butterfly trail pattern.
Take and look here and then hop on over to our Etsy shop and enjoy!

Scribble Monsters, doll bankets, and rolled flower necklaces

Okay so it's been a while....
Time just seems to fly by. The holidays are done and I had planned to post more things on our etsy sight weeks ago... but here it is the end of January and I'm just getting to it!
So go take a look at some things and get yourselves ready for some more fun new things to come!
Oh and I am so sorry to dissappoint you... but this necklace was an experiment I made. I will be keeping it as it was my first attempt... but if I get enough people who like it and would buy them, my sister and I would consider making them to sell. So don't be shy and tell me what you think?

Cute Headbands!

Okay so now we have made these adorable headbands!!!!
The best thing about them is that they work for children, teens, and adults... all in the same headband! Seriously my daughter (she is 2) and I wear the same ones.
We curently have our things at a boutique... but check back next week... I am hoping to get a christmas quilt up, if no then it will have to wait for chirstmas in July!

It's been a while!

So I was thinking today that it's been a while since our last post. Halloween has come and gone... Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner! This is by far my favorite time of year. The weather here is beautiful (although it may pass by next week). I do have one picture to post...actually a couple of pictures. These are works in progress.

This first on here is the softest most adorable jacket for your little girls! The outside is soft corduroy fabric, this one in red, and the inside is the softest cuddle fabric around, this one has a coordinating monkey print to go with the red. The outside still needs the sleeves to be finished and snaps for a closure down the front.Next we have a wonderful chirstmas blanket. This one is done in Moda's Figgy Pudding fabric, with a classic lattice pattern. I love this line. The colors and patterns are just perfect for a classic holiday feel. I quilted a snowflake pattern with swirls on it. I am still working on the binding for this one. Both items should be done in the next couple of days.I wish I could say that these will be on our Etsy shop soon, but we are participating in Oh Sweet Sadie (a local holiday boutique) and we are waiting to post new items until after the show. If you live in Northern Utah be sure to stop by the boutique. You can visit the Oh Sweet Sadie blog with the link on your right! There you can find all the details of the show.

New quilt!

We just added a new quilt to the site and there are a few more coming in the next couple of weeks. I LOVE this quilt! I was hard for me to list it because I want it so badly for myself. But if I kept every blanket that I love my house would be full of blankets. And I already have so many. But I do love making a wonderful blanket and putting lots of love into it so that someone else can enjoy it. You can check out other Riley Blake fabrics here http://www.rileyblakedesigns.com/ This quilt is from the Just Dreamy line, which I love! She has several others coming out this year that are also wonderful! Hope you enjoy it! Oh and we have added some mother/daughter aprons to our site as well. Follow the link at the top right to our shop and have some fun looking (and buying too!)
